Veterinarians at Cats Limited Hospital

Dr. Diana Lafer

Dr. Diana Lafer founded Cats Limited in 1995. She earned her bachelor’s degree in biology from Wesleyan University and her veterinary degree from Cornell University. Dr. Lafer has a cat (Sparky), a dog (Lucy) and a horse (Cisco). She enjoys spending time with her husband and daughters, horseback riding, skiing, hiking, rollerblading, and volunteering for the Lakeville Pony Club.

Dr. Laurie Hester

Dr. Laurie Hester joined our staff in 2005. She earned her bachelor’s degree in biology from the Southern Illinois University and her veterinary degree from University of Illinois. Dr. Hester has five cats (Cooper, Zeke, Fiona, Lola and Marble). She enjoys spending time with her husband and son, traveling and reading.

Dr. Katie McClaine

Dr. Katie McClaine joined our staff in 2003. She earned her bachelor’s degree in biology from the State University of New York (Buffalo) and her veterinary degree from Cornell University. Dr. McClaine has two cats (Felix and Baxter). She enjoys playing the bassoon for the West Hartford Symphony Orchestra, exercising, and spending time with her husband and daughter.
